Jun Niño M. Nalipay is a training and development facilitator and consultant in the Philippines. He is an affiliate member of the Human Resource Educators Association of the Philippines, Inc. (HREAP). He has been speaking to more than 50, 000 learning professionals on topics like Personal and Interpersonal Development, Business, Leadership, Public Speaking and Broadcast Journalism.
For 10 years, he worked in ABS-CBN Cebu where he started as a TV news reporter, then became a creative producer and was promoted to be a host for a live regional morning show, Maayong Buntag Kapamilya Sabado. Jun Niño is also a Licensed Financial Advisor and Certified Investment Advisor in the Philippines; thus, he has been enjoying educating the Filipinos on Personal Financial Management.
He was awarded as National Achiever in this industry for three consecutive years. His combined experiences as a former broadcast journalist and now an entrepreneur, a Licensed Financial Advisor and a training consultant, along with the imparted knowledge from his mentors, allow him to facilitate effectively in helping an individual and organization grow efficiently and productively.

Radney Valf U. Abrahan is a graduate of Marine Transportation from University of Cebu, Cebu City, earning the distinction of cum laude. He served as a marine officer for six years on international voyages, gaining valuable experience in the maritime field. He used to be a professor in Maritime Studies at the University of Cebu. Currently, he is the General Manager of Dariv Construction Services, a thriving construction-and- supply-firm based in Davao City. He is also one of Happy-J’s dynamic training facilitators and one of the speakers in the Davao Public Speaking Workshop. On a personal note, he is a dedicated family man, happily married with two wonderful kids
Ena Marie O. Dizon is a cum laude graduate in Communication and Media Studies and holds a Master's degree in Development Communication from the University of the Philippines. She is currently an assistant professor at the University of the Philippines Mindanao, Davao City, under the Communication and Media Arts Program. A former TV reporter at ABS-CBN General Santos and broadcast journalist for the Local Government Unit of South Cotabato, Ena Marie brings extensive experience to her work. Her areas of expertise include public speaking, hosting, and teambuilding facilitation for government agencies, private sectors, and non-government organizations. She is also an active researcher in media, journalism, and health communication, having presented her work at international conferences in Tokyo, Japan, and Bangkok, Thailand.
