Jun Niño M. Nalipay is a Leadership
and Communication Consultant and the Founder & Managing Director of Happy-J Training and Development Services, a fast-rising training
and development company serving organizations across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
With 15
years of experience in the training
and communication industry, Jun has facilitated leadership, communication, personal development, and
organizational growth programs for teams across multiple sectors in the
Philippines.
He completed the Essential
Management Skills for Emerging Leaders program under the Harvard Division of Continuing Education
(USA), enhancing his capability in leadership alignment, people
development, and strategic communication. Jun is also a Certified Organizational Development Professional (CODP) through
the Indonesian HR & Leadership
Institute / Airlangga Executive Education, grounding his work in
organizational systems, culture building, and change management.
Before founding Happy-J, Jun spent a decade with ABS-CBN Cebu as a TV News Reporter, Creative Producer, and TV/Radio Host, sharpening
his expertise in communication, storytelling, and public speaking—skills that
now energize his workshops and talks.
He is the creator of the Excellence Stamina
Framework, a signature model anchored on four core clarities:
Clarity of Vision, Communication, Habits,
and Growth. This framework is used by teams nationwide to build alignment,
improve performance, and strengthen workplace culture.
Academically, he is a Magna Cum Laude graduate
of AB Mass Communication from the University of San Jose-Recoletos and is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration at Ateneo de Manila University Graduate School
of Business – Regis Program.

Radney Valf U. Abrahan is a graduate of Marine Transportation from University of Cebu, Cebu City, earning the distinction of cum laude. He served as a marine officer for six years on international voyages, gaining valuable experience in the maritime field. He used to be a professor in Maritime Studies at the University of Cebu. Currently, he is the General Manager of Dariv Construction Services, a thriving construction-and- supply-firm based in Davao City. He is also one of Happy-J’s dynamic training facilitators and one of the speakers in the Davao Public Speaking Workshop. On a personal note, he is a dedicated family man, happily married with two wonderful kids
Ena Marie O. Dizon is a cum laude graduate in Communication and Media Studies and holds a Master's degree in Development Communication from the University of the Philippines. She is currently an assistant professor at the University of the Philippines Mindanao, Davao City, under the Communication and Media Arts Program. A former TV reporter at ABS-CBN General Santos and broadcast journalist for the Local Government Unit of South Cotabato, Ena Marie brings extensive experience to her work. Her areas of expertise include public speaking, hosting, and teambuilding facilitation for government agencies, private sectors, and non-government organizations. She is also an active researcher in media, journalism, and health communication, having presented her work at international conferences in Tokyo, Japan, and Bangkok, Thailand.
